THE WRENCH FUND GRANT

Each year, we offer a $300 grant to a uwaterloo capstone team to help them overcome financial barriers and inspire them to pursue their project further

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We want to support teams that are:

• Working on hardware
• Passionate about solving problems
• Curious about commercialization and taking their project to the next level

• 2025 | Salico: A novel automated harvesting solution for sea asparagus, a healthy, delicious, and environmentally beneficial plant.

• 2026 | Celebrim: A custom ring manufacturing platform focused on making jewellery ring designing efficient and accessible to makers of all skill levels, removing the tedious process of current prototyping methods.
